Description

Baofeng DM-1701 Digital DMR Radiotelephone
It is a versatile device for communication in any possible space. The device is reliable in operation in the air, land or sea.

The Baofeng DM-1702 handheld radio operates in analog and digital modes using TDMA technology and is fully compliant with the DMR standard, compatible with Tier I and Tier II. Thanks to the possibility of work in analogue mode, the use of DM-1702 radiotelephone will facilitate migration from analogue to digital system in the future.

The radio has a large colour display reminiscent of mobile phone operation, making it very intuitive to use. The Baofeng DM-1701 has 5W transmit power, dual display (two frequencies), DTMF keypad and Dual Watch function. One of the most important advantages of DMR technology is the possibility to carry out two conversations simultaneously on the same 12. 5 kHz channel.

POSSIBILITY OF COMMUNICATION WITH MOTOROLA RADIOTELEPHONES!

Duobander is equipped with an extensive menu, selective calling, Dual watch, powerful battery and a very durable body to protect against mechanical damage and weather conditions.

The power supply allows you to charge the radio directly through the station or directly the battery.

What is DMR:

  • Clean and clear modulation (noticeably better than in analogue communication)
  • Greater battery savings of up to 40% compared to analogue systems
  • Supports analog FM broadcasting
  • Multi-zone communication systems (e. g. corporate communication between different countries)
  • Remote management of radiotelephones (e. g. switching off the radiotelephone)
  • IP support (connectivity via internal or external network, based on proprietary protocols)
  • Data and voice transmission
  • Sending and receiving SMS
  • TDMA (time slots)
  • Color Code CC (equivalent to CTCSS and DTMF tones in analog communication)
  • Zone related groups of channels
  • Vocoder AMBE+2 (interfacing between digital systems)
  • DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) is a new standard which has been introduced by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) for communications using digital signals.
  • Devices constructed for DMR communication have the possibility of working in an analogue system this facilitates switching from one system to another.
